ZLR BETRIEBSIMPERIUM - alias Loukia Richards and Christoph Ziegler - designs, organizes and curates international jewellery art exhibitions since 2013.

"THE MYTHS" exhibition project, first presented in Berlin and Hamburg 2013/14, was followed by the "INITIATION" shows at Sieraad Art Fair Amsterdam 2015/16/17, Grassi Museum Fair Leipzig (2017) and Schmuckwoche München (Jewellery Week Munich) 2015-19.

Greek culture is always a source of inspiration for our projects which - since the very beginning - are strictly interdisciplinary and combine jewellery art with dance, performance, installation, textile art, music and art theory.

"THE SACRED & THE PROFANE" is our 11th international jewellery show, so it's time to take a look at what has already happened!





PERFORMANCE 2019

Andreas Ohrenschall performing "Lexilepsie", a theatre based poetic strolling through semiotic patterns of language. Words are transformed into jewellery - and jewellery becomes an immaterial vision of language and ornament.
